I have recently read a lot of complaints about Charter Internet Service. It seems like everyone who uses their service is talking about Charter Internet Problems.
I talked to a couple of friends about their Charter service. I kept hearing the same things over and over. Problems with the service going out during bad weather. I have also heard the customer service is horrible and it is very difficult correcting billing mistakes, for example.
Now, some of these complaints might appear to be reasonable. Bad weather can knock out service, right? Well, I have never had the issue with my providers. I live in area that often gets bad storms including extreme wind that knocks my fence down and blows pieces of roof off. But my internet service never goes out, with a few short exceptions. I have used Comcast and AT&T with no issues.

Cable TV , High Speed Internet, and Phone Service on One Bill
Bundling services is now an attractive option to get good value on home entertainment services. Consumers can get their TV, Internet, and Phone all on one bill. These "bundles" are offered my most major cable and phone service companies. Cable companies and high speed internet providers began offering phone service over high speed connections. Phone companies have joined in the fun, with a natural competitive advantage.
